1. Shipping Methods
Thank you for choosing Monka! We are committed to delivering your natural sweeteners as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on the following Monday.
  • During high-volume periods or festive seasons, processing may take an additional 24 hours. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹499.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification via email and/or WhatsApp.
  • This notification will contain your Tracking Number, which will become active within 24 hours.
4. Delivery Areas
  • Monka currently ships to addresses across India.
  • For remote areas or North-Eastern states, delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on local logistics availability.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or has been tampered with:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the outer seal is broken.
  2. If you have already accepted it, please take clear photos/videos of the packaging and the product.
  3. Contact us at orders@monka.in or via WhatsApp at +91 99305 22010 within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Monka is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

7. Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please notify us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the discrepancy.
